It works. I've got multiple microphones and it's not always obvious by the names in devices which one is which. windows occasionally has issues detecting it but you can just re plug it in.

My wife loves this style as you can pull it down almost over your whole head and still see through. Build quality seems good for the price. I wouldn't use it in the wind.
