the black ink cartridge was faulty . I tried aligning the cartridges many times and it did not help. it defaced every 3rd line and made the page unreadable . I will not be a repeat customer. Jim Cummings 519 648 3386

The colored ink is good but the black ink cartridge is garbage . It leaves lines across every 3rd row that makes the print unreadable . Unless I receive free replacement product I would not be a repeat customer. If I had the tech savvy I would e-mail a picture of a printed page to show just what is happening . I have aliened the cartridges numerous times but it does not make any difference . Jim Cummings
