1 toner (blue) came with powder scattered all over the inside of a bag. Customer service agreed to send a replacement before receiving defective one - thank you for that. After about a month of usage another toner had a problem - drum developed a defect so every page has thin line from top to bottom. Based on my experience with 123ink.ca this is the first time I had 50% defective product (1 on arrival and 2-nd after a month of usage). I wish the quality would be better but on a positive side customer support is willing to help.
