I do like it--it's convenient to be able to place your phone down into the mount and easily take it out, but here's why I docked two stars: 1. It takes a lot of manual effort to set up and install. You need to set it up in the right spot on your air vent, making sure there's enough space below the holder for your phone to rest. Also, keep in mind the weight of your phone will cause the vent to tilt down, unless it's clamped to the bottom of the vent. You need to tightly twist the lock to secure the two pieces together before attaching it to the air vent. 2. The arms don't quite flatly clamp on. It won't be a perfect fit. This doesn't have much impact on keeping your device secure, but it's undesired.

Extra sturdy, heavy and slightly thicker than regular micro USB cables. Hooks in the micro USB end keep it in place while charging. I use it for keeping my phone charged while rolling around with it in bed.

Easy to raise and lower. Sturdy, but may shift and slide a little when raising and lowering. There is just enough space for two 23" monitors on a slight angle. Plenty of height, suitable for any position. The groove for holding mobile devices is raised, so you won't be able to place something perfectly flat there.
