Purchased 4 of these on sale. Review 4/4: I haven't used this unit much but so far it is acting the same as my other units. This means it is extremely heat sensitive, needs more memory than it has in order to work as advertised "Sorry but no 4K or 265 codec support on all 4 of mine", has a terrible remote, 4 usb ports which is a bonus and is being used bare bones with minimal apps installed to avoid crashes. I am slowly replacing these units with better ones. If you can live with their shortcomings and get them on sale, there is value here.

Purchased 4 of these on sale. Review 3/4: These units are all very heat sensitive, like all computers. I need to keep them all well ventilated and keep heat sources away from them to keep them from crashing. This unit is no different. The remote these come with are terrible so I replaced it with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo. With 4 usb ports, adding peripherals is easy. Good value if you can live with its shortcomings.

Purchased 4 of these on sale. Review 2/4: This unit is the most stable of the 4 I purchased. So far, if I only stream or playback max 1080p resolution video on this unit, it is usually stable. These units are advertised as playing back 4K and 265 codec video. None of the 4 I purchased can do either. I am not surprised seeing as they only have 1 GB total RAM. Regardless, IMO, this is false advertisement. Were it not for what they can do, I would judge them more critically for what they can't.

Purchased 4 of these on sale. Review 1/4: This unit right out of the box was trouble and always has been. Extremely unstable unit that crashes and crashes regardless how bare bones you operate it. Although, if I use this unit only for playing back stored 720p content, it is usually stable. Ask anything else of it and eventually you are asking for a crash and so I don't. Were it not for the purchase price, it would have gone back.

My last office chair lasted 20 years so I had high hopes for this one. When the chair arrived, it was literally falling out of the box, the box was so damaged. I was seriously worried about shipping damage but after assembly, found none. I sat in the chair and immediately noticed a compression fracture on the surface of the left arm rest. I photographed the damage and contacted Shopper+ for a return. Was informed I needed all of the packaging "already recycled and useless anyways as the box was falling apart" to return. If this had been a retail store, they would have taken it back without the packaging. So this is the only purchase I have made on this site so far that I'm not happy with. I have been waiting over a month now for replacement parts since I have no choice but to keep the chair. They have not had any stock to pick parts from so I am still waiting for them. I got the chair while on sale, so were it not for the warranty issues, I would give the chair 4 stars for overall value.

Got it on sale, worth every penny. The first 2 fan settings are quiet, the 3rd not so much but I've heard worse. With the water tank sitting atop of what is essentially an electrical tower, I would not recommend a design like this for people with children or pets. I live alone so this is not an issue for me.
