Inconsistent quality and volume. I have had some with very few pages printing I complained and was sent replacements but only after submitting the faulty one - was ok as had extras at the time but if I hadn't would have been an issue.

Works well - good life but the colours don't have the same life as the black so its a pain when one runs out - rest are toast - printer doesn't work

Great product price point and product both met expectations. The ordering was a burden - and the delivery by Canada Post was not a quick as wished. I purchase when there is a deal even if I don't need it right at the moment. I knew what I wished to purchase for my printers and those of my family so focused on that as per your message to me. There should be more specific product deal or specials offered - and should be focused on past purchases - not broad brush offerings of everything. That's a turn off.
