Fits my hydroflask, but not entirely sure if it’s getting every spot. The brush part is made out of cut up foam, so I don’t expect it to last very long.

The handle with the counter works great. The other handle doesn’t turn as smooth. There are instructions on the box, but includes a sheet in the box. The sheet is in Chinese, so there is some guesswork on how to set up the ropes.

I love the convenience of this dispenser since I get to use it like a tape gun. I appreciate that there are two rolls of tape included. You also get to adjust the length of tape on top of the preset length.
