The product has always been good for the last 14 years, but this is the first shipment that the delivery is totally unacceptable. An order on December 17 and delivery on January 7 is far too long in comparison to numerous prior shipments.

I have used this cartridge 5 times and it has lasted at least 5000 sheets, very happy. The 10,000 sheet toner cartridge has been the same. Great products.
