This riser is really solid. Comfortably fits a heavy 24" monitor, full-size keyboard and medium sized Wacom tablet. The raising and lowering motion is very smooth. Once locked in place, there's no flex/wiggle to the platform which gives a secure sense of stability.

Perfect kit for the DIY guy at home who wishes to replace existing telephone jacks with RJ-45. Worked perfect for the few (6) crimps I've had to do and I am by no means a handyman. The tester works fine too as long as you figure out that it separates into two pieces (some other reviewers could not figure that out!).

Make sure your cable is SOLID and not STRANDED and these will work fine. I've only had the chance to use 6 - but all 6 worked perfectly on first crimp.

Cat5e RJ45 Toolless Keystone Jack - White - PrimeCables®

I replaced 4 telephone jacks around the house with these. At first, I was skeptical of their ease of use due to the mixed reviews on other sites. However, all 4 worked perfectly, on first try. They've been going strong for 4 months so far and I don't anticipate them failing since the connections are stationary behind the wall.

Perfect and malleable for wrapping up over baseboards and over door frames if you're not thinking of fishing this through the walls. The connectors are solid and the cable thickness fits perfectly with the 10mm Hook cable clips with steel nail, offered on this site if you want to do some cable management.
