It works as intended. Has helped with my lower back.Not ideal to permanently on your car seat or desk chair as there is no back cushion so it uncomfortable to lean on when not on and it very thick so there is less seating room to work with. The quick connect cable does disconnect unintentionally if the cable is pulled abit.

Unfortunately it doesn't fit with the sun visor for my Crosstrek 2022 due to my car thick hard plastic sun visor. Would of been nice if there was a thickness limit indicated on the product page.
