Both the yellow and cyan leaked toner into the printer. I have asked for them to be replaced. Generally, though,I have been very happy with other products I have purchased from 123ink.ca in the past.

Brother LC75M Compatible Magenta Ink Cartridge High Yield - Moustache® - 1/Pack

This cartridge has a lever on it that prevents the ink cover from closing. Also, if one does not insert it properly, the printer will not recognize it. It is necessary to make sure the lever is fully engaged (slide in as close as possible to the cartridge before inserting into the ink cavity.) Then, after it is in the ink cavity, believe it or not, you have to snap off the lever handle so the door will close. Then it works perfectly.
