Broken after 2 month of normal use. I only move it up and down 3 times a week. First month when it will showed E07 error, support said it's a connection problem and I unplug all the connectors, click this and that which fixed the problem. However, after a month, it starts to show E07 again and unplugging it didn't help anymore. It's just very frustrating to due with this problem especially it always take so long for the support team to contact product team to get a response.
