Being a senior, I like the five (5) levels of resistance, so I can increase the resistance slowly. The bands are nicley labelled and the quality so far is good. What would be helpful is a simple instruction sheet for the various straps and roller along with some suggested exercises or routines to help one get started. Delivery was prompt as usual. Price, quality, speed of delivery are totally awesome. I have used several of these and only once was there a problem with a cartridge. I notified them and the toner was replaced immediately. Product quality is excellent. The only issue is the width as this chair mat is not as wide as most standard floor mats. For a wider chair, one will find that the chair will roll off the mat on to the carpet once in a while. My fault as I should have measured. Still very satisfied with the product.
