Won't charge beyond 2 out of 4 blue indicators. Not recognized when I try to use it to charge my phone. I gambled on the low price of this .... and lost.

Works very well to support a variety of adapters and low powered USB devices. I like plug orientation and spacing. I wish it came with screws for mounting, since it was very difficult to find screw with an appropriate head size. A flat plug would also be appreciated, but overall very good value.
