Very satisfied. A USB 3.0 hub at a reasonable price. The first hub sent was defective with only 2 of the 4 ports working. But "Shopper+ Customer Service - Sunshine" responded to my complaint promptly and courteously and sent a replacement to me immediately. Received the replacement in a few days and is working fine.
