I've had this monitor arm for over 2 years, and it holds a 32 inch LG monitor steady. There is no sagging or unwanted movement (I never move the monitor arm though). The only thing in my experience, is I've had to tighten the bolts (that determine the arm stiffness) very... very tight for the arm to not "droop" in height / angle. Other than that it seems really solid. If you have an ULTRAWIDE monitor, I might look for something more heavyduty.

Great wall shelf. Actually feels sturdier / stronger than I thought it would. Construction quality is also good. Assembly is straightforward, but easier if there is a 2nd person to help.

Good product, is as advertised. Metal shelves are somewhat thin and the screw hole fittings need slight adjusting (not super precise construction, but the product price reflects this).
