was working fine, but suddenly got stuck in the middle position, and this completely messed up my working station. i thought i was still under warranty but they never fixed it or helped because the photos i sent wasn't enough for them but i couldn't take many pictures since the riser got stuck and my phone can't fit under and my desk is in a corner.

Smart product but screws damaged the item even before I took out the packaging which was pretty disappointing. also it is way to heavy for what it is, without putting anything inside it. as someone else mentionned, it is half rings and not full circles. Apparently you aren't supposed to install it by yourself (im assuming because it is so heavy) so keep it mind that theres a extra expense related to it. besides that, so far so good

wish there was a black on black option! the pillow helps to keep your back straight and adds comfort to my office chair, however it falls as soon as I get up since there is nothing to attach it to the chair, and its shape causes it to not have balance on its own

the fact that its pu leather on both sides isn't a good idea as it's always moving around. there's nothing that has a "non slip" effect. the logo is also very big which I don't personally like
