Haven't loaded it into the printer but based on the success with the Yellow Moustache cartridge purchased in the same order, we expect no issues, Again, the service and rapid shipping are top notch. With these big plusses, and with the low price and the expected solid product performance, Shopper Plus remains at the top of our shopping list for toner.

Purchasing ink cartridges from Shopper+ for two different printers we own has become a tradition in our house/home office. The service -- items are being shipped from nearby Richmond, B.C. -- is always very prompt and reliable. This purchase marks the first time we are trying HP compatible toner cartridges from the Moustache brand. Unlike some two years ago, when we had to return without problem off-brand toner carts that were rejected by the HP LaserJet, all is well.

COMPATIBLE product: The price is right ... but in this specific case apparently not for printing jobs requiring absolutely clean edges. Explanation: The yellow COMPATIBLE cartridge has been printing well for over a year, and now indicates "extremely low." The last 2-3 weeks or so it started producing a three-to-five millimetre, feathered, yellowish edge along the right-hand side of documents. Maybe it's the "last gasp" of this yellow cartridge. I will now switch to an OEM cartridge to see if it's the printer or the cartridge, or what could be the reason. Overall, however, during the 4 or so years I have enjoyed their prices, prompt and free shipping and dedicated customer service for a number of inkjet and laser printers, 123ink has excelled in all aspects of their business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
