Would have been better if the two hanging attachments permanently hooked on. Maybe a snap on & snap off feature. Besides that. The baskets work We did have one arrive with a small dent. Was able to fix it. But, clearly someone should check the product before shipping.

One issue I found. When putting a plug in....it was very difficult. We had to pull the whole unit out of the socket. It's still not easy to put a plug in while this is in the wall. It does work well and no issue (except what I noted above)

On thing you should note. Check the expire date on ink. I've had some that were different in regards to length of time before expired. It wasn't a problem because I used them up in time. Still the best ink and price out there. Thanks J

I have both yellow and blue. They fit perfectly on our bikes. The adjustments work great. Easy to lift the cradle off the mount. You don't have to worry about anyone stealing the unit. Another cool thing is the phone doesn't rattle while in it. Probable the best "sleeper" item for your bike...well designed. So many of these out there, but this one actually works like it should
