Oops - I put my review of the colour cartridge on the 'black' cartridge!! That problem was corrected immediately. I had no problems with the black cartridge. It works flawlessly, and save me some $$ to boot!!! Great product.

I ordered two of these cartridges. The first one I tried didn't print the yellow colour properly. I submitted a request to have it replaced. A technician called me back and asked for a copy of the nozzle print. Then I was asked to try the other cartridge, in case it had the same problem. The 2nd one was fine. There was no point in returning the faulty cartridge, so he arranged to ship me a replacement, which I had in a a day or so. It works just fine. Great service, and their products are excellent.
