the tv wall mount is very good, I like it, however the instruction are all in drawings, there is writing or explanation of the pictures. it would be much easier if there was some description of the various functions such as the ones for adjusting the screws relating to the weight of the tv, i had to keep adjusting in different direction to get it to move up and down freely.

Excellent service, very good product, easy to assemble, well packaged. I only had one problem where one of the locking pins was not there (somehow sheared off). I replaced with a bolt. I usually do not like to return things, I called support and got a discount .
