Pros: -Pretty good price -It works -Easy assembly and multiple mounting options Cons: -Not very smooth action. Feels a bit grainy and tough to move around, it will still work but it's not as good as others I've tried and it makes adjusting the monitor a tad annoying, particularly in and out. Vertical movement seems fine It's not bad enough that I would return it, but I don't think I'd order another. I also got a different model that, while a bit more expensive, works much better and is a lot smoother (search on primecables: Cab-PC-08294)
