Glad you sent this survey. I was just going to email to let you know that what I got looks like the one you sent last time. Last one worked perfectly. That is why I reordered. The new one looks and fits in like old one. However, it doesn't work. I tried various procedures hoping any one of them would help it to work. When put in, it clicks softly. I send a print command and nothing but the soft clicking. I unplug; take it out and reenter it - to no avail. I go to my settings and try to find a solution. Nothing works. I need to return it. Oh! Code numbers on the label are different. Old = MLT-D105LA. New = MTS-MLTD105L. On closer inspection: Old one has 4 copper-looking "plug in" slots of the same length. New one has the a shorter slot on the left side when facing away..

when you think its finished give it a few gentle shakes and get more printed pages done.

having issues. printer tells me to replace it. do not get message that printed directions referred to. removed and loaded old cartridge which worked fine. will retry new one again soon. hope it will work as well as previous cartridges.
