First time using these. Couldn't get the ink to flow out of the bottle. Contacted service dep't and together we solved the problem. Had to push the bottle down harder to release the ink.

Cuts straight. Add says there is a hold down device but there wasn't. The handle stays up and cannot be fastened down. Dangerous!!!!
