Totally Awesome !!!.. I was paying over $200 for one at Staples and it would only last about 4 to 6 months. I purchased this one and it is still in the copier a year later so to be on the safe side I have purchased another but this one just keeps going....amazing. Price and Quality are unbeatable. I had one problem. The coloured one worked fine but the black one refused to work in my printer. It kept saying cartridge error. It has been replaced with a store bought one because I needed to do printing right away. I was given a credit on my account so I will order again later and maybe both will be OK. It could have been just that one. I am still happy though.
