Brother MFC-L8900CDW All-in-One Color Laser Printer

We have the same printer in a different office and it works wonders, last us about 3 years so far, just bought another for a different office and this one is a lemon, we were told to get in touch with Brother to solve our issue and I tell you it is a long drawn out process for which we are still waiting for a solution.
