I have been ordering my Brother ink cartridges from this supplier for a number of years now. They always deliver their superior product quickly with great customer service and care. Thank you.

I received this product within the time period indicated and, by the way, the best price online, at the time. I found out the hard way about how Brother has worked out a way to determine whether you are using the significantly less expensive compatible cartridges instead of the genuine Brother brand cartridges. Best way to check when you have received your product is to ensure that it says Brother on the actual cartridge. Also these cartridges have the distinctive Brother orange protective packaging on the cartridge and the green release lever that you turn to release the packaging. I like to keep a supply on hand so, I always do this to ensure I ordered and was shipped the correct product so that I always have ink when I need it. By the way, I ordered the Brother compatible cartridges with my printer from amazon.ca but only used them sand learned they did work a year later. Amazon was happy to have me return them for a refund. Also, there was a message from the manufacturer re Brother software with these cartridges stating that Brother software was now being able to ID non Brother brand cartridges causing these cartridges to not work. I called the number to let them know the printer model that I experienced this with but, never actually received a call back. (I guess the manufacturer's are changing the coding on the ink cartridges to override this feature so that they can keep in the compatible ink business). I hope this information is useful to someone because, re another review here, I wonder if they had the same problem expecting that 123 was responsible. (However, I do feel that the client should had been given the option to return and exchange as that is only good business)
