For the most part these toners have worked wonderfully. I have only had the odd one that will click no matter what machine I put it into. I called to do a return and get a replacement and had no problem at all. The company was very easy to deal with and the replacement cartridge arrived quite quickly.

We have been using the Mustache brand compatible drum units for a while now and have had a lot of success with them. There is definitely no drawback to purchasing these drums when compared with the cost of an actual Brother drum replacement.
