First I got a defected unit which it only worked first time then it won't turn on the 2nd time, contacted the customer service and it was quickly replaced, the 2nd unit works perfectly. Just one caution, it's best to leave the cup for another couple minutes because there are few times even the coffee maker is turned off after it's done, but after a minute it suddenly poring out water, just be careful not to pull the cup out right away as it could burn your hand.
