Very good desk, came together in 2 packages. It's very easy to assemble together, and only takes about 20mins. The electric height adjustment is really smooth and quiet and the 4 program buttons are very useful to quickly adjust between different heights no guess work.

The quality of the receptacle is good, it doesn't feel cheap. Some people don't like the branding on the faceplate, but I kinda like the look of the branding on the faceplate and it doesn't bother me.

I'm not sure if this is a real issue with this power bar model, and if it has been corrected as I purchased this power bar in 2019 and have been using it since then. Just recently I have been testing my home outlets and found out that this power bar will cause hot/neutral reversed issues on open ground outlets which is very strange, I have other power bars and extension cords (including other models of Prime Cable brand power bars), but this is only one will reversed the polarity on a open ground outlet, but it's perfectly fine on correctly wired outlet, so to be safe, if you know you have old wiring at home that has no ground, do not use this power bar.

The laundry hamper works well and is a good size, the material feels nice, hopefully its also durable, time will tell. It came folded and packaged in a flat box, but is very easy to set it up. The one I received came with a broken zipper pull for the bottom, but I can still zip it close and most likely I won't need to unzip it again, so it's not a big deal.

Been using the moustache toners for years, and usually has no problem, but this time the yellow toner has a non-working chip, so I had to take the old chip to replace it, the toner will work, downside is that it will always show yellow toner is low, other colours work fine.

The stand is fairly easy to set up and feels sturdy, but the funny thing is the wrench that came with the package is not even the correct size for the bolt, so I had to find something else to tighten the bolt with, other than that everything is fine.
