I am pleased with the product……thank you. unfortunately , the address used by .shopper plus was my street address and I had asked specifically for parcel to be addressed with my POSTAL BOX NUMBER . The Canada Post will only use my postal Box number for mailing. I would never have known my parcel was available for pickup had a freind at the post office not seen it and told me it had been set aside for no delivery. Respectfully Charleen

I am unable to rate the product....just the delivery serviceI. I have not received the product yet......Please let me know where it is ......I had notice a while back that it had been sent.....no sign of it.

I am certainly very happy with the speed of the delivery but I have been having problems with the cyan and the magenta - I have a Canon MGS 5220 and the colours, primarily magenta, overwhelm any other colours. e.g. I am reduced to a black and white printer? Not sure what my options are to try and clean the print heads??

Product provides excellent price performance and I am pleased to see that you know offer the full package e.g. the 4 PGI 226 cartridges plus the PGI 225. I see same quality as the Canon product and I like the clear plastic container to see that the ink is full when I change the cartridge and that the ink is fully used up on removal.
