The concept is good and is a space saver but unfortunately the plastic piece (ring) that connects the rods is very flimsy and can crack but their customer service is outstanding and addressed my problem.

This is a very sturdy desk frame built with heavy duty steel and the welding is done nicely at the base where it is welded on all sides instead of welding at several spots only. Overall I can feel that it is of solid construction.
