I didn't find that it worked for ME, but everyone's neck is different, of course! It is operated by squeezing the handles inward. I think I would have preferred it if the massage balls also had a rolling function, but they do not.

This is pretty cute! It runs on two AA batteries. I tested it by cleaning the back of my husband's computer (that had a LOT of dust in the vents) and it seems to do what it is supposed to do!

I attempted to pair with multiple devices, and each time there would be a "popping" sound every few seconds when playing music. Despite several attempts and working in system and app settings, I was never able to get the microphone to work. I have requested to return.
