It's your standard el-cheapo cable stripper. I actually prefer this tool over the stripper built into most crimpers, as this small one can more easily fit into tight spots for in-place repair jobs.

I am actually using this stand with a 75" screen, as a computer monitor right behind my desk (yes I am a tad crazy). It is very, very sturdy, even with this 80lb TV. I was able to fish three heavy HDMI cables through one pole, and the power cord through the other, so everything is very tidy. I am extremely happy with this purchase, and I'm getting another one for my second screen.
