I have used 123 in the past and have nothing but great service in getting the cartridges promptly. I had some cartridges I had purchased on hand and my printer packed it in so I couldn't use them with the new printer I purchased. I was able to return all my cartridges to 123 with a Return Mail sheet that they e-mailed to me. I then purchased the cartridges I needed for my new printer. Great service and a quality product.
