the product itself is well made but I don't see it could last long since it's made of all plastic. the price was reduced by 20% just one day after I placed my order. otherwise, no complaint.

it's soft and cozy as expected. hopefully, it could be a little hotter to relieve my neck and shoulder pain after a whole day hard work. overall is still a good product, easy operation.
