I bought this and try to install it several times. My printer an XP 610 epson did not recognize these cartridges at all. Did not even recognize there were cartridges installed in the holder. These were not as expensive as the other oem I did not see refurbished or re-manufactured. I wondering if they were? I had to fish the old ones ( non-oem) that weren't working properly to at least get it to print. I am at a loss what to do with these ones complete loss of money

I normally have absolutely no problem with the mustache cartridges. I have 2 printers one is my regular work horse ( Brother Inkjet) and the other is an Epson XP-610. I have no problem with these cartridges in my Brother and will continue to buy them. I bought these for my Epson printer for my art needing high quality images without laser prices. I had a previous Epson that I used 123ink.ca compatible cartridges in with no problem. In this current Epson printer the black never came out. The colours were all wrong printing out screaming orange or red. No matter what I did I could not adjust it. Having just bought the inks I couldn't justify turning around and sinking more change in buying the Epson cartridges ( which don't justify their price. This is not 123Ink.ca fault in pricing) I will be buying the Epson ones in the future. I am very disappointed. Looks like I have no choice. I am now working with my Brother trying to get it to do a job that it simply is not designed for. Its more for text then picture. It is doing a better ( not great) job then the Epson with the colours. Moustache is still a good brand. I am just very unsatisfied with the results when I need graphics and accuracy with my Epson XP-610.
