What a dilemma. I had installed this set and could not get any water. I was replacing water lines and could not figure out what was happening never thought a new tap set would be the culprit. No water would cone out of either hot or cold. I tried the second unit I purchased and could get water out of hot side but just a dribble on the cold side. I had to go to Canadian tire and buy two new sets that worked perfectly Your return policy sucks as it’s not worth the cost of shipping and I didn’t keep the packaging for one set.

Was at first impressed. But once installed I was less than impressed. Water pressure is not great and I had to replace the tub spout as it was to hard to operate.
