I have never had any quality issues with the cartridge ink products I have been purchased for the past several years. However, I had one bad experience with a particular brand of ink cartridges I purchased but 123 InkCartridges was very helpful in resolving the issue. I have recommended 123 InkCartridges to many of my friends and family members.

Brother LC103BK Nouvelle Cartouche D'encre Compatible Noir (À Haute Rendement) V2 - G&G™

The "Computer Chip" on the compatible cartridge (black) as well as C/Y/M cartridges must be re-tested as they don't seem to work at all times and this can become a nuisance. I am not sure if 123 InkCartridges is aware of this problem. I have been a customer for many, many years and have had no problems until the LC103 compatible cartridge(s). Thank you.
