ordered this for the price and I was not very happy!! When I received the cartridges, I installed them in my printer just to find out that the Black Cartridge was giving an error. I called customer support and they were very nice and sent me another and it's on it's way. in the mean time I tried to use the New color cartridge with what black I had left in my old cartridge, just to find out that the new color cartridge does not print RED I give this product a "I will Never Buy it again" review.
