Unfortunately it was not mentioned what is it made of. For a nice little desktop bookshelf I definitely expected something better than plastic. A bamboo or wood material would give it much nicer look. In plastic I don't have a use for it.

I ordered these masks, because it was advertised free shipping, as a special for a neccesity product. I have used the coupon that came with it. On top of that I was happy to be able to use my collected points. How dissapointed I was when I was charged shipping. I was missing only a few $ for a really free one. Had I known, I would have added some other product. Both sides would be happy. I was mislead!

Good idea, but... I am an average hight of 5’4” and when I’m sitting on this massage chair, I have the neck shiatsu part of it on my head behind my ears (?!). In order to use the neck shiatsu one would need to have a very tall torso. Useless for me, very difficult to use for my husband who is over 6’ and has to stretch his neck up all the way to reach the working parts! Very top heavy, very difficult to handle, nothing to catch it by. Extremely strange bad design.

I have ordered this two times. Very nice, but both times the sizes were not consistent. If you specified exactly 4", don't mix them with 3.5" ones, that's not what you offer, and not what I'm expecting.

I don’t know how to use something like that as there are different positions that it can be set at. How long do you stay at one level before going to next and how long do you lie on it. Also, where exactly do you position it under your back, for not to make it worse. Some instructions would be appreciated.

For some reason I expected the measurement to be for the long handle, not the total. I’d say the handle is shorter than average and scoop itself is very small. It might be good for kids’ hand.
