I have used these for about a year with no problem. Then suddenly, two sets that I ordered, did not work. The OEM worked fine. I determined that the problem started when I did a routine HP Upgrade. That's when it would no longer recognized these. I got a refund without much hassle but I had forgotten to return the extra yellow. I reinstalled my printer with the original drivers and did not do any updates. The yellow suddenly worked. That is just my experience.

Bought 4 of these for Xmas Gifts. They were a big hit. Perfect for that somebody that has everything. Chain is sturdy and it held many sizes of bottles.

The ink from this company has mostly been great. I received some "older package" ink mixed in with some newer. The old one did not work in my printer but the new one worked perfectly fine. I contacted customer support, and with proof (which was an inconvenience) they sent me the label to return the old ink. It's been over 2 weeks and still waiting for replacements. This little hiccup will not stop me from ordering again and I find the ink is good quality and the ink seems last just as long if not longer, then the name brand.

Good value for the money. The ink quality is very good and dries quickly. I have never had one clog up on me. The chip is good but not reliable 100% of the time. Often get warnings that cartridge has expired as well when just purchased. Wish we could buy combo packs but pick our colours as I seeem to go through more yellow.
