Only received 2 with "1" 9' Garland in each pack. What's with that? I bought 2 packs and should have 6 Garlands but come to put them up and find I was send only 2 8' Garlands.

When I opened it up to put up, I realized that I did not receive 3 9' tinsel garlands I only received 2. Was going to buy more during the sale but changed my mind.
