Didn't work right from the start. After plugging to power outlet, machine started the brewing process even though I didn't push the power button. When brewing cycle finished the power button turned off, after that I wasn't able to start coffee machine again. After changing power outlets, checking water level and make sure it was closed properly, press the power button many times, the coffee machine wouldn't turn on. No response about return from support team yet?

Out of 2 cables i ordered none can charge any of my iPhones properly I have tried on my 8 plus and 6 models. One cable takes 40 min to charge %10 percent, the other one doesn't even charge. I talk to Live Help and they will refund me for these cables.

Works fine for simple office things. You can't press both left and right mouse buttons at the same time, (example: shooting game when you need to aim and shoot at the same time, maybe some apps. for designing things when it requires the use of both buttons at the same time). No place to store USB receiver, easy to loose it that way. It looks cool, but lacks functionality.

Using it at home to turn the condition on before I get home from work, and lights all over the house. Love the 15 amp rating for this unit, means full 15 amp load is delivered to my condition unit without overloading the braker (I had Belkin before it was 10amp rated). Went for vaction and used the app to turn on lights around the house every evening to keep the creeps away.
