I've been using primecables products since while. But this time I'm really surprised to see the quality of the mount with very cheap and low quality material. Not only the mount but also the packing was very low quality. The worst thing is about the quality of the screw, with little extra force, they break easily which requires to relocate the mount at different position which is completely a new installation job, waste of time obviously in this scenario. Please look into the matter for further complains.

It can't hold firmly 55 inches tv according to my experience. With Upto 45-47 inches tvs works fine. The arm starting bending on either side wherever you swive the tv and tv bends even you fix and tighten the inclination.

I had isntall so far 4 mounts. What problem I've so far is that the screw head break easily. It already happened twice. Request to the company to look for another alternative or better screw for the mount.
