I purchased this soap dispenser on October 13th, 2019. Today is November 21s,t 2019. This is the day It stopped working! First, it stopped dispensing soap, and then the power went off. Changed all batteries several times. Useless. Terrible.

Works fine. Using only the upper bar with hooks as I find the lower bar simply too much. I find a plastic cap, protecting hook end, everbearing, too large for its purpose. These caps make this rack look really cheap. I removed them all. I may find something smaller for the hook ends made out of silicone, although these hooks are not bad without protection.
