Works perfectly! I was using this to replace the inside portion of the plate on another 2-gang wall plate that had a dedicated telephone termination -- and was able to half as many of these as I thought I needed!

Fantastically easy to use and check that wires are ordered correctly. I can go from an unstripped cable to a crimped end much faster than with connectors without the inserts. However, does not snap into ethernet jacks as well as other connectors I have used.
