Antenne pour TVHD intérieure super mince avec amplificateur - PrimeCables®

I have both the amplified version and un-amplified version. The number of new channels with the amplified version increased by two. Two Buffalo stations (I live in Etobicoke). Not a great improvement. I live within 10 km of the CN tower and the reception from the original channels seems to be more stable. It is possible I already have the maximum local stations. Picking up more US stations would nice but not one of my objectives. Bottom line: improved reception of existing channels.

Please note that an amplifier is used primarily to overcome the signal transmission loss in the coaxial cable between the antenna and the TV set. They are comfortable; not heavy. Sound is good. No issues connecting to my Apple TV device. I haven’t used them for a phone call so can’t comment on that feature. Recommended.

First off I have a number of Primecables products and like them. This isn’t one of them. The instruction manual didn’t match the product so I wasn’t sure about a few things. I can’t tell if the product is charging. The Bluetooth light doesn’t light up when it is charging. There is no visual sign. The manual says there is a mic but there isn’t one. I have the same issue as hue_c in that review. Power can flow in but also out when plugged into the car’s power plug when the car is not running. Overall a poorly designed product. Have stopped using it. Would like to return it or be offered a similar product.

Very handy to have around for light jobs. No need to pull out my 18V cordless. Comes with all the bits I need. This is my second one. I have one at the cottage, as well.
