Pantum PB-211EV cartouche de toner originale noire,haute capacité pour PB-210 (Version économique)

Have not yet installed the new cartridge. The previous one (same PB-211EV) still works well. I've decided to use it a bit longer befor changing to the new one I have just received! I do find these cartridges of good quality and work well.

My first concern was, does the cartridge fit properly and easily into the printer. There was no problem at all in this regard. My current cartridge is not yet exhausted, but will be shortly. So I will begin using the newly arrived one shortly. I expect it will work well and will be happy to let you know when I begin using it. S. P.

I have mixed feelings. the black cartridge works fine. The colour cartridge did not. However, I did get assistance from David at your firm who helped sort out the issue - he had me clean the cartridge with rubbing alcohol which seens to have corrected the problem - dirt on the cartridge where it connects to the printer contact. I appreciated his help with this.

It was extremely difficult to get the cartridge into the printer. It had to be forced in with too much pressure. I have had remanufactured cartridges before but never experienced this situation. Now that it is inserted, it is working reasonably well. I was surprised at this situation. I hope it never happens again. I just do not think the cartridge is really proper or there is something wrong with it.
