This is ok to listen to audio. However, the mic is horrible. The other person cannot hear clearly without me speaking loudly almost like yelling. So disappointed i cannot use this for phone calls

The tray does NOT work as intended. It does NOT slide in/out easily or properly. Use of force is needed to get the tray to open and close. As of right now my tray is useless as my kid cannot get it to work properly without my help.
